Seoul, Seoul, Korea South, 24th Jul 2025 — NEXUS (CEO: Henry Chang) announced today that it has made a strategic investment in Polestar Games, the studio currently developing the AAA-grade MMORPG ‘Project N’. The investment was finalized on Wednesday, July 23, as part of a broader strategic partnership between the two companies.

Alongside the investment, NEXUS and Polestar Games have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on technical integration and blockchain development. The companies plan to release a blockchain version of ‘Project N’ through CROSS, NEXUS’s open blockchain game platform. Polestar Games is composed of veteran developers with experience in creating some of the most iconic MMORPG titles in Korea, including Dekaron, Lost Kingdom, Super String, and Hellgate: London. The team brings exceptional expertise in rapid game development, live service operations, and system design.

‘Project N’ is currently under development using Polestar’s proprietary Aurora Engine. The game features:

A realistic open world spanning 60 square kilometers
Season-based Underworld content that refreshes core gameplay
A next-generation Paging Layer System (PLS) designed to innovate large-scale online experiences

Polestar Games aims to launch ‘Project N’ globally in 2026, positioning it as a next-gen MMORPG that bridges premium game design with emerging blockchain technologies.

Through this investment and strategic partnership, NEXUS intends to strengthen the MMORPG lineup on CROSS while accelerating the expansion of its ecosystem across diversified platforms.
