The Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) delegation represented Azerbaijan at GITEX GLOBAL 2024, one of the world’s largest technology exhibitions.

The Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) delegation represented Azerbaijan at GITEX GLOBAL 2024, one of the world’s largest technology exhibitions. This year marked Azerbaijan’s most extensive participation in GITEX to date, showcasing the nation’s commitment to digital advancement and innovation.

Supported by PASHA Holding, IDDA's participation highlighted Azerbaijan's growing influence in the tech industry. During the event, the IDDA team held productive meetings with prominent international organizations and companies, focusing on strengthening partnerships in digital technologies and innovation. These discussions offered a valuable platform for sharing knowledge and expertise across global networks.

The IDDA booth attracted significant interest from visitors, who gained insights into the agency’s core initiatives, projects, and Azerbaijan's expanding startup ecosystem. Attendees learned about a variety of digital solutions and products, such as the “mygov” platform, advanced digital access solutions, and the newly launched Azerbaijan Innovation Center.

Azerbaijan’s startup ecosystem made an impact at the concurrent “GITEX Expand North Star” exhibition, where leading local startups—PERKSKIT, Epoint.az, PayRiff, GLORRI, and DMP—showcased their innovative solutions. These startups garnered considerable international attention, creating new opportunities to form partnerships and expand their reach. The cybersecurity startup CYPHO, supported by the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center, presented its services and functionalities, establishing itself as a notable player in local cybersecurity.

In addition, IDDA supported three major Azerbaijani IT companies at the event—Logix ERP, United Payment Azerbaijan, and Pixite. Other prominent Azerbaijani companies, including Smart Solutions Group, SetClapp, iTicket.az, and Bestcomp Group, also showcased their products and services.

GITEX GLOBAL 2024 provided Azerbaijan with a valuable platform to further its integration into the global tech and innovation markets, sharing the nation’s digital achievements with an international audience.
